Client Engagement Manager
Urban CGI Digital Planning integrates behavioural science and innovative CGI-enabled planning technology into major infrastructure programmes. By embedding planning teams directly into delivery programmes, we bridge the gap between design intent and operational execution, addressing issues like delays, budget overruns, and underperformance. For over 25 years, we have partnered with projects in sectors such as transport, energy, and urban development across Denmark, the UK, and Australia.
This is a contract, hybrid role for a Client Engagement Manager based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some flexibility for remote work. The Client Engagement Manager will oversee client relationships, manage project deliverables, and lead strategic initiatives to ensure effective collaboration and successful project outcomes. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, driving engagement strategies, managing multi-stakeholder communication, and ensuring alignment with the "True to Plan" methodology. The role will also involve contributing to the integration of operations planning and behavioural science while actively solving client challenges in real time.

- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to solve complex operational challenges using evidence-based approaches.
- Experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects and developing strategic solutions.
- Familiarity with infrastructure delivery, behavioural science methodologies, and CGI or predictive modelling tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
