We’re partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed property services business that’s scaling rapidly as part of a global platform managing millions of properties worldwide.
This isn’t a corporate sales role. It’s a build, shape, and scale opportunity! Think: startup mentality, backed by enterprise infrastructure.
They’re now hiring a Director of Sales to own and build their organic growth engine from the ground up.
The Role
The brief is very specific: they need someone to build pipeline from scratch and win multi-stakeholder deals—not inherit relationships.
Who you’d be selling to:
- Property developers (new build schemes)
- Landlords / asset owners
- Resident / estate management groups
What they’re looking for:
- Proven experience winning new logos (not managing accounts)
- Background in complex, long sales cycles (6–24 months)
- Strong track record selling multi-site / contract-based services
- Comfortable navigating tenders, procurement and senior stakeholders
- Experience in sectors like Facilities Management, Real Estate, Property Services or similar B2B environments
It’s a hands-on role - owning the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through to close, with real autonomy and visibility.
You’ll work alongside a highly experienced internal team, bringing a more proactive, hunter-led approach to growth.
Expect pace, ambiguity, and autonomy - this is a role for someone who enjoys figuring things out and making things happen.

- Navigating long-cycle, complex deals (2 months → 2+ years)
- Owning commercial conversations and closing high-value contracts
- Leveraging tech, data, and group capabilities to outperform competitors
Backgrounds Considered
Industry matters less than how you sell - but you should have a genuine interest in the property landscape.
Strong profiles may come from:
- Property / block management / real estate
- Facilities management (multi-site, contract-led sales)
- Developer / BTR / asset-led environments
- PropTech / enterprise SaaS (must be complex, not transactional)
- Other contract-based B2B services with long sales cycles
