Junior Product Manager – AI & Automation (B2B SaaS)

£40k–£60k + equity

London | Hybrid (3 days in office)

Must have the right to work in the UK

We’re supporting a stealth, AI-first startup modernising a traditionally operational, complex industry through automation and intelligent systems.

As the business enters its next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Junior / Associate Product Manager to support delivery and discovery across active initiatives, working closely with an experienced founding team and a Senior Product Manager.

This is a development-focused PM role - ideal for someone early in their product career who wants hands-on exposure in an early-stage environment, with clear guidance, structure, and mentorship.

The role

You’ll work alongside the Senior PM, founders, engineers, and designers to help turn real-world workflows into scalable product features. While you won’t be expected to own product strategy end-to-end from day one, you’ll be trusted with meaningful responsibility and supported as you grow.

This is not a standalone PM role, you’ll have day-to-day guidance, prioritisation support, and clear decision frameworks in place.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting product discovery and delivery across active initiatives
  • Working closely with engineers and designers to define and refine requirements
  • Translating real-world operational workflows into clear product tickets and documentation
  • Assisting with prioritisation, planning, and day-to-day product decisions
  • Learning directly from users, feedback, and data to inform improvements
  • Travelling across the UK to support deployments, integrations, and user feedback sessions

What we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a Product, Associate PM, or Product-adjacent role
  • Exposure to shipping digital products within a team environment
  • Clear communication and strong organisational skills
  • Comfortable learning in an ambiguous, early-stage setting
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to ask questions and take feedback
  • Interest in AI, automation, or data-driven products (hands-on experience is a bonus)

Nice to have (but not essential):

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, integrations, or ops-heavy products
  • Background working within larger product teams or alongside senior PMs

Why this role

  • Work closely with experienced founders and a Senior PM who are invested in mentoring and development
  • Real exposure to early-stage product building, without being left unsupported
  • A chance to grow into increased ownership over time as confidence and capability develop
  • A product with real-world impact, live deployments, and clear momentum

Who this suits

This role is well suited to someone who:

  • Wants to step up into a PM role with guidance
  • Enjoys being close to users and real-world problems
  • Is curious, coachable, and motivated by learning
  • Sees early-stage startups as a growth opportunity, not a risk
