London | Hybrid (3 days in office)
Must have the right to work in the UK
We’re supporting a stealth, AI-first startup modernising a traditionally operational, complex industry through automation and intelligent systems.
As the business enters its next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Junior / Associate Product Manager to support delivery and discovery across active initiatives, working closely with an experienced founding team and a Senior Product Manager.
This is a development-focused PM role - ideal for someone early in their product career who wants hands-on exposure in an early-stage environment, with clear guidance, structure, and mentorship.
The role
You’ll work alongside the Senior PM, founders, engineers, and designers to help turn real-world workflows into scalable product features. While you won’t be expected to own product strategy end-to-end from day one, you’ll be trusted with meaningful responsibility and supported as you grow.
This is not a standalone PM role, you’ll have day-to-day guidance, prioritisation support, and clear decision frameworks in place.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting product discovery and delivery across active initiatives
- Working closely with engineers and designers to define and refine requirements
- Translating real-world operational workflows into clear product tickets and documentation
- Assisting with prioritisation, planning, and day-to-day product decisions
- Learning directly from users, feedback, and data to inform improvements
- Travelling across the UK to support deployments, integrations, and user feedback sessions
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years’ experience in a Product, Associate PM, or Product-adjacent role
- Exposure to shipping digital products within a team environment
- Clear communication and strong organisational skills
- Comfortable learning in an ambiguous, early-stage setting
- A proactive mindset and willingness to ask questions and take feedback
- Interest in AI, automation, or data-driven products (hands-on experience is a bonus)
Nice to have (but not essential):
- Experience in B2B SaaS, integrations, or ops-heavy products
- Background working within larger product teams or alongside senior PMs
Why this role
- Work closely with experienced founders and a Senior PM who are invested in mentoring and development
- Real exposure to early-stage product building, without being left unsupported
- A chance to grow into increased ownership over time as confidence and capability develop
- A product with real-world impact, live deployments, and clear momentum
Who this suits
This role is well suited to someone who:
- Wants to step up into a PM role with guidance
- Enjoys being close to users and real-world problems
- Is curious, coachable, and motivated by learning
- Sees early-stage startups as a growth opportunity, not a risk
