You’ll lead the charge in ensuring AI-driven systems run seamlessly, driving measurable impact, operational reliability, and continuous improvement across thousands of devices.

The Role

As Technical Account Manager Lead , you’ll sit at the intersection of customer success, analytics, and engineering , ensuring every client deployment performs at its best.

You’ll act as the technical bridge between customers, product, and ML engineering , leading post-install optimisation, investigating data-driven performance issues, and scaling best practices across a growing customer base.

You’ll also manage 1 x Technical Account Manager , shaping how enterprise customers experience technical partnership in a fast-growing AI business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own end-to-end technical relationships with major enterprise retailers across multiple regions.
  • Act as the post-install lead, analysing on-device performance, troubleshooting AI model behaviour, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Use data analytics and real-time dashboards to uncover performance insights, trends, and ROI metrics, advising the business on any feature edits that would reduce drop-offs etc
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Solutions teams to prioritise enhancements and retraining.
  • Build playbooks and scalable processes for deployment, monitoring, and optimisation.
  • Foster a data-driven, customer-first culture across the technical account management function.

Your Background

  • 8–12 years in Technical Account Management , Customer Engineering , or Solution Delivery for AI, IoT, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of edge AI, ML pipelines, or computer vision systems (e.g., PoS, SCOs, IoT).
  • Experience working with monitoring frameworks (Grafana, Datadog) and analysing technical performance data.
  • Proven track record in building relationships with enterprise clients and turning insights into results.
  • Confident communicator, equally comfortable engaging engineers and executive sponsors.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Python, SQL, or similar tools a plus.
  • RetailTech background is hugely advantageous
