Thousands of homes and businesses already use our platform - now we're scaling, and we're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help lead the next phase of growth.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to take ownership of full lifecycle development - from architecture and design through to deployment and optimisation. You'll be working across both the front and back end, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to build products that directly impact the future of energy.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role with real autonomy and room to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Build and Own

• Develop scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js
• Design and maintain secure, high-performance RESTful APIs
• Lead architectural decisions across the full stack
• Own features end-to-end, from planning through to production

Collaborate

• Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and engineers
• Align technical solutions with business needs
• Integrate cloud-based services, primarily AWS

Improve

• Identify and implement performance and security improvements
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices
• Stay current with industry trends and recommend new technologies

What We're Looking For

• Strong commercial experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, and JavaScript
• Solid understanding of back-end development and API design
• Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
• Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding practices
• Proven ability to work independently and within a fast-paced, agile team
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
