Azure Data Architect:

For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Azure Data Architect for a long contract based in London.

Its paying well and my client can interview asap!

Key Responsibilities

1. Design end-to-end data integration and analytics solutions using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
2. Define and enforce governance, security, and compliance frameworks using Azure DevOps.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable architectures.
4. Review and validate architectural designs ensuring best practices.
5. Evaluate emerging Azure technologies and mentor teams.
6. Develop reusable frameworks and accelerators for consistent delivery.

Primary Skills

• Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Azure Databricks
• Azure Synapse Analytics

Technical Skills

• Strong architectural expertise in Azure data solutions
• Azure DevOps (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, pipeline deployment)
• Data modeling, ETL/ELT processes
• Data governance and security
• Designing scalable and high-performance data architectures
