Information Technology Support Specialist

We’re looking for a Service Support Analyst to join our team in Aylesbury. You’ll play a key role in delivering first and second-line support across a modern Microsoft cloud environment, working closely with internal users and third-party suppliers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing 1st and 2nd line support for incidents, service requests, and ITIL processes
  • Troubleshooting Windows 11, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), M365, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive/SharePoint, printing, and in-house apps
  • Supporting company laptops, user-owned devices, office equipment, and meeting room tech
  • Managing user lifecycle (joiners, movers, leavers) and access controls
  • Responding to SOC alerts and monitoring email security
  • Maintaining hardware/software inventory and supporting tech rollouts
  • Communicating clearly with non-technical users and managing expectations
  • Conducting risk analysis and escalating where needed
  • Ensuring compliance with FCA/PRA conduct rules

What we’re looking for:

Essential:

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure & M365 (AVD, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Proven customer-facing IT support experience

Desirable:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Microsoft 365 Certified (Fundamentals or Administrator Associate)
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure
  • ITIL methodology knowledge
  • Awareness of Information Security & Data Protection
