Sales Order Processor / Commercial Administrator (Hybrid - 2 Days from Home)
Location: Near Uxbridge
Salary: £24,000 to £27,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Hybrid Working: 2 days from home once trained

The Role: Supporting the wider sales and commercial teams, you’ll ensure that orders, contracts and renewals are accurately processed - keeping systems tidy and errors at bay!
Sales Order Responsibilities:
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently through internal systems.
• Verify order details including customer info and documentation.
• Block and escalate any orders missing vital information.
• Check and confirm pricing is correct before processing.
• Keep customers updated on order status and delivery timelines.
• Raise invoices and run reports for internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with other departments to resolve issues and ensure service delivery.
Commercial Administration:
• Process new and renewal service contracts.
• Cross-check contract documentation and ensure all requirements are met.
• Raise invoices and flag any discrepancies.
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure work is completed and logged correctly.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy - you love getting things right!
• Some previous office/admin/sales support experience (ideally, not essential).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
• A real team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
