Head of Delivery

V7 are working with a close client who due to exponential growth, are now looking for a Head of Delivery to lead on the deployment of Streetworks Transformation for new and existing clients.

The client are a Utilities Consultancy who have gained an excellent reputation and are looking for an individual who can help drive the continued upward trajectory.

On offer is a salary of up to £100,000 plus benefits.

Key Duties:

• Guiding mind for Streetworks transformation solutions.
• Lead the delivery of Streetworks deployments across various clients providing advice and support to the team and the client to help them meet their business objectives.
• Deliver a change plan to embed any new systems and ways of working.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding ongoing deployment delivery, issues, and service updates.
• If relevant, manage a team of Streetworks experts either from the client or business.
• Work alongside the Product Development Team to collect requirements, user stories, develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and deliver UAT, ensuring all client needs are met through the deployed product.
• Work closely with delivery and product teams, developers, architects, QA, and project managers to resolve issues and ensure smooth handovers.
• Work alongside the subject matter experts to support the development of solutions to client needs across the industry, including new products and services.
• Identify service improvement opportunities and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Client presentations and stakeholder engagement.
