Job Title: IT Support - 1st Line Salary: £28-32k - open to discussions based on experience Location: Londonderry/ Derry Contract: Permanent, full-time Work Pattern: Monday-Friday, standard operational hours, fully on-site. Overview Hands-on IT Support role delivering first-line support across a head office and multi-site operation, covering hardware, software, user on-boarding, telephony systems, and troubleshooting.
