The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Executive to support the delivery of marketing initiatives across content, campaigns, digital channels, events, and customer communications. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider commercial team, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing while contributing to lead generation, brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Key Responsibilities Support the creation and delivery of marketing content across multiple channels and audiences. Assist in the execution of go-to-market activities and integrated marketing campaigns. Contribute ideas and insights to support campaign planning and marketing strategy development. Assist with the development of product and promotional marketing materials, ensuring messaging is clear and aligned with brand guidelines. Support the planning and delivery of events, webinars, and customer engagement activities. Work with external agencies and suppliers to coordinate content production and campaign execution. Assist with CRM management, campaign tracking, and database maintenance. Create reports and dashboards to monitor campaign performance and marketing effectiveness. Support the development of customer education materials, user guides, and other supporting resources. Monitor content, engagement, lead generation, and channel performance against agreed objectives. Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Contribute to a variety of marketing projects and initiatives as required. Experience & Qualifications Essential Degree-level education, ideally in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline. Demonstrable interest in pursuing a career in marketing. Understanding of digital marketing principles and current marketing trends. Exposure to marketing technologies, CRM platforms, AI productivity tools, or digital marketing software. Familiarity with web analytics platforms and marketing performance reporting. Understanding of social media marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, or SEO principles. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop new skills. Ability to work both proactively and reactively in a fast-paced environment. Desirable Internship, placement year, freelance, or part-time marketing experience. Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. Experience coordinating external suppliers or agencies. Experience creating content for digital channels.
