NPI Support

Role Summary:

The successful candidate will work within the Special Process and Repair NPI Engineering team based out of client site. The candidate will need to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, clean, and organize datasets related to NPI and productivity projects from multiple systems (e.g., SAP, Smartsheet).
  • Develop and maintain dynamic KPI metrics and visual boards to track project performance and key metrics.
  • Drive insights and identify risks, bottlenecks, or opportunities for project improvement.
  • Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear reports
  • Maintain up-to-date status of productivity and NPI project tracking in centralized data platforms.
  • Collaborate with engineering, planning, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with project goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the processes, including simplification and Lean practices.
  • Manage dataset and documentation repositories, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Support the preparation of project summaries and lessons learned through data insights.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Experience with data management platforms like Smartsheet, SAP, or equivalent ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Basic knowledge of project management and engineering processes is a plus.

  • Working experience with Spotfire
  • Ability to compile concise and accurate engineering documentation.
  • Ability to effectively interpret inspection and repair sections of Engine Shop Manuals and other technical publications.
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to plan and co-ordinate several projects/tasks simultaneously.
