Role Description
The Cloud Account Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Stockport Area, United Kingdom. In this role, you will manage customer accounts, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to client satisfaction by overseeing their cloud solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying, engaging and analysing customer requirements, identifying opportunities for optimisation, and supporting client onboarding and adoption of cloud-based services. You will also assist in financial analysis and reporting related to customer accounts and collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. You'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, targeting mid-market and enterprise clients with Microsoft products and solutions.
Requirements
• Successful Sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving margin growth.
• Excellent experience of selling Microsoft products within an Cloud Solutions Provider.
• Great at communicating and holding customer meetings over Teams or in-person
• Good Knowledge of the Microsoft products on offer, such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics etc
• Experience in working in an MSP environment
• Experience of requirements gathering and interpreting a customer requirement to a Microsoft solution
• Experience in driving Microsoft sales engagements and closing sales opportunities
