This is a key role designing, programming and commissioning bespoke industrial automation systems, working across both complex PLC controls and industrial roboticsEssential: Strong commercial industrial controls and robotics experienceAbility to write complex PLC software from scratch using Allen-Bradley Studio 5000 and/or Siemens TIA PortalAbility to design, programme and integrate industrial robotic systemsHMI/touchscreen, SCADA and industrial network programmingExperience with automated machinery/manufacturing systemsInstallation, commissioning and fault-finding experienceWilling and able to travel internationally, including regular trips to North AmericaFull UK driving licenceNice-to-have: FANUC robotics experienceEPLAN electrical designMachine vision systemsProject management/technical ownership experienceTremendous opportunity offering plenty of scope for career progression and international travel, working on a variety of innovative bespoke automation and robotics projects!
