Apprentice Digital Learning Designer
We are looking for an Apprentice Digital Learning Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in digital learning while completing a recognised apprenticeship and gaining hands-on experience across one of the UK’s leading automotive retail groups.
Role
- Creating engaging digital learning content using a variety of media and technologies.
- Supporting the administration and maintenance of the Litmos Learning Management System (LMS).
- Producing learner communications and engagement activities to increase participation and completion rates.
- Developing digital assets including videos, graphics, guides, learning resources and eLearning materials.
- Using tools such as Microsoft 365, Canva, Synthesia and AI-powered technologies to create impactful learning experiences.
- Producing reports, dashboards and learning insights to help measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting testing, quality assurance and ongoing updates of learning content and platforms.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the business to understand learning needs and recommend digital learning solutions.
- Contributing ideas and innovations that enhance the learner experience and drive continuous improvement.
Training
Apprenticeship training will take place at work each month. Additional training and support will be delivered throughout programme.
On completion of apprenticeship you will transition into Digital Learning Content Creator position.
