About the Position:

Join our client as an Account Executive, where you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing how industries leverage AI. You will tackle exciting challenges in a fast-paced environment, driving growth and innovation while making a meaningful impact in the world of AI solutions.

Start Date: Flexible

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - minimum 3 days per week in the office.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the full sales cycle for tailored AI solutions, ensuring client needs are met with precision.
  • Generate pipelines proactively, identifying and cultivating opportunities within your vertical.
  • Build strong business cases and foster relationships with multiple champions across technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Become an AI product expert, confidently explaining the organisation's capabilities and the transformative impact of AI.
  • Own your vertical like a CEO, shaping industry approaches to AI and driving growth in that space.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive with a track record of strong performance, ideally in the top 10%-20% of your sales organization.
  • Passion for AI technologies, particularly Large Language Models and GenAI.
  • Ability to articulate an AI solution vision to both technical and business stakeholders as a consultative partner.
  • A Pipeline Generation mindset, with a focus on proactive sales strategies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment.

What Would Make You Stand Out:

  • Experience with emerging AI technologies and methodologies.Industry-specific knowledge in Finance, Legal, Insurance, or Real Estate.
  • Leadership or mentoring experience within sales teams.

Experience Required:

  • 0-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in technology or AI solutions.

Education:

  • No specific education requirements; relevant experience is valued.
