Business Development Executive
Location: London (Office Based)
Compensation: 50,000 base salary + commission (OTE of £100,000)

We’re now seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base, targeting SMEs and mid-sized employers across the UK.
Role Overview
This is a front-line sales role focused on new client acquisition. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and booking meetings with HR leaders, hiring managers, and business owners. Success will be measured by new employer sign-ups and job postings on Via.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and cold-call potential employers to introduce Via. and generate interest
- Research target companies and decision-makers across priority sectors
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Book meetings and demos for senior sales/leadership team
- Hit weekly/monthly outreach and conversion targets
- Represent Via. with professionalism and energy at all times
- Gather market feedback to inform product and marketing strategy
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, recruitment, or business development
- Proven record of hitting call, meetings and sales targets
- Confident, resilient, and comfortable with high-volume outreach
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
- Passionate about tech, recruitment, or HR solutions
