What You'll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Build a strong pipeline of SMEs and mid-market employers (50–500 employees) in London, Manchester, and Birmingham.
- Sell Via.’s platform value proposition, demonstrating 95% cost savings, faster time-to-hire, and higher candidate quality.
- Run structured SaaS sales motions including discovery, ROI case, demos, stakeholder management, and closing.
- Collaborate with founders to shape pitch materials, handle objections, and refine pricing strategies.
- Provide valuable feedback to product and marketing teams based on client conversations.
- Help define and refine Via.’s go-to-market playbook for scale, contributing to innovative projects.
What You Bring:
- 3–6 years of sales experience in recruitment SaaS, HR tech, or recruitment services.
- Proven track record as a hunter, consistently meeting or exceeding new business targets.
- Strong understanding of HR/Talent Acquisition buyers, with the ability to sell to HR Directors, Heads of Talent, and CFOs.
- Experience running consultative, ROI-driven sales conversations.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, excited to join an early-stage startup and build processes from scratch.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Experience in selling HR tech solutions or transitioning from recruitment to SaaS sales.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies in the recruitment space.
- Leadership or mentoring experience in previous roles.
Experience Required:
- 3–6 years of sales experience in relevant fields
Education:
- Degree preferred but not essential
