As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving new client acquisition, helping SMEs and mid-market employers achieve faster, fairer hiring. What You'll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
 - Build a robust pipeline of SMEs and mid-market employers (50–500 employees) across London, Manchester, and Birmingham.
 - Sell Via.’s compelling value proposition, showcasing 95% cost savings, faster time-to-hire, and improved candidate quality.
 - Run structured SaaS sales motions, including discovery, ROI case presentations, demos, stakeholder management, and closing deals.
 - Collaborate closely with founders to shape pitch materials, handle objections, and refine pricing strategies.
 - Provide valuable feedback to product and marketing teams based on insights gathered from client conversations.
 - Help define and enhance Via.’s go-to-market playbook for scalability and success.
 
What You Bring:
- 3–6 years of sales experience in recruitment SaaS, HR tech, or recruitment services.
 - Proven track record as a hunter, consistently exceeding new business targets.
 - Strong understanding of HR/Talent Acquisition buyers, capable of engaging with HR Directors, Heads of Talent, and CFOs.
 - Experience as either an ex-recruiter transitioning into SaaS/HR tech sales, or a SaaS salesperson with direct experience in HR/recruitment functions.
 - Ability to conduct consultative, ROI-driven sales conversations that focus on client needs.
 - An entrepreneurial mindset, eager to join an early-stage startup and contribute to building processes from the ground up.
 - What Would Make You Stand Out:Experience with emerging technologies or methodologies in the recruitment space.
 - Industry-specific knowledge or certifications that enhance your sales approach.Leadership or mentoring experience that demonstrates your ability to guide others.
 
Experience Required:
