IT Manager – City of London

Our client, a fast-growing and innovative company, is looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead their IT Support Team and ensure smooth, secure, and reliable operation of all business systems. This role reports to the Group IT Director and offers the opportunity to lead IT projects and drive cyber security compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IT Support Team
• Oversee business systems, ERP functionality, and cyber security compliance
• Manage IT procurement, setups, and first-line support
• Ensure smooth operation of Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Simpro, Unleashed, Xero, Power BI, Unifi Network, and internal systems
• Lead IT projects including ISO 27001, Salesforce integrations, Power BI reporting, SharePoint, and phone systems
• Support onboarding and collaborate with regional/international offices

Requirements:

• 5+ years broad IT generalist experience
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Intune knowledge
• Experience with Unifi networks and Salesforce (2+ years)
• Proven IT project management experience
• Proactive, responsible, and collaborative
