IT Manager - £80,000 Multinational Media Group | London (Hybrid)

A dynamic group of media agencies is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and develop its internal technology function. This is a high-profile role offering the opportunity to shape IT strategy and support a fast-paced, creative business environment.

The Role Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage IT operations, infrastructure, and projects across multiple agencies. Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing the IT team to deliver high-quality support and solutions

• Developing and implementing IT strategy aligned with business objectives

• Overseeing IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and security

• Managing budgets, vendors, and third-party technology partners

• Ensuring compliance with IT policies and industry best practices

• Driving technology projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in IT management or senior IT roles

• Strong technical knowledge across networks, systems, cloud, and security

• Experience managing teams, budgets, and vendor relationships

• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, creative, and collaborative environment

• Experience in media, advertising, or creative industries is advantageous
