Via is supporting our client to recruit a Management Accountant for an ambitious and fast-growing technology group.

Working Pattern: Hybrid – minimum three days per week in the office

Your Opportunity

Joining the Group Finance team, you'll have the chance to work across multiple entities and contribute to the continued growth and evolution of the business.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering accurate and timely month-end reporting across the group.
  • Preparing management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cashflow statements.
  • Providing meaningful variance analysis and commentary to support business decisions.
  • Completing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining audit-ready records.
  • Supporting group consolidations, intercompany reconciliations and adjustments.
  • Preparing VAT returns and assisting with corporation tax requirements.
  • Supporting internal and external audit processes.
  • Building strong relationships with operational, commercial and technology teams.
  • Providing financial insight to support performance and cost management.
  • Communicating financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Supporting integration activities relating to acquisitions and organisational changes.
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of finance systems and processes.
  • Helping improve reporting accuracy and data quality across the group.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a genuine impact within a growing organisation.

You'll ideally have:

  • ACCA or CIMA qualifications, either newly qualified or part-qualified.
  • Three to five years' experience within a finance or accounting role.
  • Experience preparing month-end reports and supporting statutory requirements.
  • Exposure to audits, tax returns and financial controls.
  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities and experience working with modern finance systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage stakeholders across the business.
  • A proactive approach and a desire to continuously improve processes.

Experience That Would Set You Apart

  • Experience within a high-growth or technology-led business.
  • Exposure to multi-entity environments and group reporting.
  • Involvement with mergers, acquisitions or finance integration projects.
  • Knowledge of intercompany accounting and consolidations.
  • Experience using NetSuite ERP.
