We are supporting a high-growth SaaS organisation headquartered in the United States, with an established London presence, in the search for a Remote Operations Coordinator.

This is a fully remote role with no requirement to attend the London office. The business operates across the US and UK, offering exposure to a fast-paced, international technology environment.

The Role

As Remote Operations Coordinator, you will sit at the centre of day-to-day business activity, ensuring operational processes run smoothly across teams including customer success, finance and commercial.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating internal workflows and tracking operational tasks
  • Managing shared inboxes and responding to internal and client queries
  • Supporting reporting, documentation and data integrity
  • Scheduling meetings across time zones
  • Maintaining CRM and internal systems
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in administration, operations or business support
  • Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Communicates clearly and professionally
  • Is comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Previous experience within a SaaS or technology environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
