We are partnering with a high growth healthcare technology organisation that is transforming how patients and clinical teams communicate across the UK.
Their platform is embedded across the NHS and used daily by the vast majority of GP practices and a significant proportion of hospitals nationwide. As the business continues to scale, they are looking to appoint an experienced People Partner to support their Product and Technology function.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of People, you will act as the strategic People Partner to a large and critical client group spanning Engineering, Product, Design, IT, Information Security, Privacy and User Research.
This is a commercially aligned, high impact business partnering role. You will work closely with senior leaders and managers to align people strategy with business objectives, enabling high performing, engaged and inclusive teams within a fast paced product led environment.
You will play a key role not only within your dedicated function but also across company wide People initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Product and Technology
- Drive performance management and talent development strategies
- Support employee relations matters with sound judgement and commercial awareness
- Lead engagement and culture initiatives tailored to technical teams
- Coach and develop managers to strengthen leadership capability
- Use data and insights to inform workforce planning and decision making
- Contribute to and lead business wide People roadmap initiatives
- Champion diversity, equity and inclusion practices
About You
- Proven experience partnering with technology or product teams
- Strong background across performance, employee relations, coaching and talent management
- Confident operating in fast growth or scaling environments
- Data informed and commercially minded in your approach
- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and challenging constructively
- Pragmatic decision maker with sound judgement
- Highly collaborative and values driven
