Via is supporting our client to recruit a Sales Development Representative for a fully remote opportunity within a rapidly growing cybersecurity and SaaS business.

Your Opportunity

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in driving growth by identifying and engaging new customers across mid-market and enterprise organisations.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and developing new business opportunities through outbound outreach.
  • Building relationships with key decision-makers across target accounts.
  • Managing and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Qualifying opportunities and identifying customer needs.
  • Positioning solutions that address real business challenges.
  • Collaborating closely with Account Executives to progress opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Following structured sales processes and maintaining high levels of activity.
  • Delivering an exceptional experience throughout the early stages of the customer journey.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely follow-up with prospects.
  • Contributing to a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.

About You

We're looking for someone who is driven, coachable and eager to develop a long-term career in technology sales.

You'll ideally have:

  • Two or more years of experience in outbound sales within SaaS or technology environments.
  • Being able to speak one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish) would be a significant advantage.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Outreach or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with prospecting platforms including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo or equivalent solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • A proactive mindset and a desire to consistently improve.
  • The resilience and persistence needed to succeed in a target-driven environment.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to share ideas and best practices with colleagues.

Experience That Would Set You Apart

While not essential, the following experience would be particularly valuable:

  • Enterprise B2B sales experience.
  • Exposure to cybersecurity or software solutions.
  • Experience working with outbound sales methodologies.
  • Knowledge of account-based prospecting approaches.
  • Experience working within remote-first environments.
