What You Will Do- Identify, engage, and convert potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing complex multi-stakeholder deals.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations, both virtually and in person.
- Build consultative relationships to understand client business goals and tailor solutions.
- Manage negotiations with senior decision-makers within larger organisations.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to provide client feedback and insights.
- Analyse sales data and pipeline performance to inform strategy and forecasting.
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and networking opportunities.
- Mentor junior team members and help refine sales processes as the team grows.
- Minimum three years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Skilled in running live product demonstrations (virtual and in-person).
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- UK Right to Work required.
- Experience in property, land, or construction sectors.
- Previous experience in a start-up or scaling business.
- Interest in technology and data-driven solutions.
- Introductory chat with HR.
- Interview including a pre-prepared task.
- Final interview with senior leadership.
