About the PositionJoin a growing ERP and Transformation practice as a Senior Manager, where you will lead complex, high-value programmes central to merger integrations and carve-outs. This role positions you as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring technology strategy, systems design, and implementation planning fully align with business and investment objectives.
Start Date: Flexible
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, typically 2 days per week in the office.
What You'll Do- Lead multi-disciplinary teams on ERP transformation projects within M&A environments, ensuring technical, operational, and strategic cohesion.
- Oversee carve-out and integration programmes, providing structure, PMO oversight, and execution support across functional and technical areas.
- Conduct ERP and systems due diligence assessments, identifying risks, opportunities, and optimisation pathways across platforms and processes.
- Partner with private equity and corporate clients to define target operating models and investment priorities.
- Advise on ERP strategy and architecture (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), manage SI partners, and ensure successful programme delivery.
- Contribute to the development of methodologies, frameworks, and go-to-market offerings within the ERP and Transformation team.
- Coach and mentor junior consultants as part of their professional development.
- Support business development activities, client proposals, and internal growth initiatives as the UK team expands.
- 8 years or more of experience managing complex ERP or digital transformation programmes, ideally within consulting or M&A settings.
- Experience delivering multiple ERP implementations using SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong understanding of carve-out, integration, or separation programmes.
- Ability to align business strategy with technology delivery while balancing detail and high-level oversight.
- Consulting background with strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset suited to a fast-growing, agile environment.
- Eligibility to work permanently in the UK and willingness to travel occasionally (around 1 to 2 times per month).
- Experience with emerging technologies or modern transformation methodologies.
- Industry-specific knowledge or certifications.
- Leadership or mentoring experience.
