What you’ll actually be doing
- Craft experiences people love – Work across iOS, Android, and web, building polished, high-quality apps in React Native and Next.js.
- Take full ownership – From planning stories to deploying features, you’ll see your work through every step.
- Collaborate with design & product – Turn ideas into intuitive, delightful experiences across platforms.
- Lead technical conversations – Influence architecture, tools, and workflows that shape the future of the product.
- Mentor and grow the team – Help other engineers level up while shaping best practices.
- Spot opportunities for improvement – Identify pain points in processes or tooling and make them better.
What will make you successful
- Proven experience with React Native: you’ve shipped apps that people use and know how to squeeze every drop of magic out of the platform.
- Strong grasp of Next.js and server-side rendering for web apps.
- You notice the little things: pixel-perfect design, smooth animations, intuitive flows.
- Comfortable building cross-platform experiences: iOS and Android should feel equally delightful.
- Experience with design systems: you know when to follow them and when to break the rules.
- You think like a product engineer: coding is solving problems, not just writing lines.
- Thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, taking ownership and navigating uncertainty.
- Commitment to quality through automated testing: you know good tests are part of building, not an afterthought.
