Supporting our sales team, taking customer orders over the phone, and efficiently inputting online and email orders. Role
- Taking orders from customer over the phone, via email and adding them onto our CRM system
- Taking card payments where necessary
- Liaising with customers on courier issues
- Arranging customer credits and returns
- Filing
- Database cleansing and imputing data to our CRM system
- Arranging product information for customers and prospects
- Raising quotes
- Online Chat
- Asking for additional required information on email enquiries
- Any other duties as requested by the Departmental Manager
Training
An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence. You will be
expected to work towards the Business Administration Level 3 with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group.
Upon successful completion you will be considered for full time employment.
