Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Partnering with stakeholders to capture objectives, challenges, and desired outcomes

• Translating business problems into clear, prioritised requirements that guide solution delivery

• Analysing existing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement

• Supporting design of to-be processes, testing, and smooth transition into live service

• Building strong business cases by evaluating the impact and benefits of proposed changes

  • Ensuring change initiatives stay aligned with the organisation’s strategy and goals

Business Analyst Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst (or similar)

• Strong track record delivering business change projects across people, process, and technology

• Skilled in elicitation, analysis, and documentation techniques

• Experience working through the full project lifecycle on initiatives of varying size and complexity

• Familiarity with Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile approaches

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Confluence and JIRA

• Ability to produce clear, concise documentation (requirements, gap analyses, business rules)
