We’re now looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Major Accounts team. This role is all about maximising opportunities within our existing client base, strengthening relationships, and driving growth through exceptional service.

The Role

This is a client-facing, relationship-driven role, with a strong emphasis on networking, account expansion, and consultative business development. (no cold calling!)

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll act as the key point of contact for a portfolio of major accounts along with relationship management, client development, and commercial growth. You’ll work closely with decision-makers, hiring managers, and stakeholders to identify hiring needs, uncover opportunities, and ensure our delivery team is positioned to provide the right recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow new, lapsed and existing relationships across major accounts, acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
  • Develop account strategies to identify opportunities for expansion (“land and expand”).
  • Build relationships with decision-makers, stakeholders, and hiring managers at all levels.
  • Proactively arrange and attend client meetings, lunches, dinners, and site visits to strengthen engagement.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, business structures, and hiring challenges.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure roles are filled quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activity in CRM.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent client experience.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed client development and revenue targets.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven background in IT recruitment with strong commercial awareness.
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge and understanding of contract recruitment
  • Track record of developing accounts and building long-term client partnerships.
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident networking, presenting, and representing the company in client meetings and events.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into roles for the delivery team.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated.
