Windows 11 Deployment Engineer – 3-month contract - Cambridge

My client is seeking a Windows 11 Deployment Engineer to lead a laptop refresh project. The role involves deploying new Windows 11 devices, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth setup for end users. Experience with Intune, SCCM, and large-scale laptop rollouts is essential.

Deployment Engineer Requirements:

• Proven experience with Windows 11 Laptop Refreshes
• Skilled in deploying laptops
• Previous experience working with end users on post-deployment support.
• Experienced with Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot
• Willing to take on both deployment and support tasks
• Confident in troubleshooting and resolving issue
• Comfortable working on-site 5 days a week

Experience and Technologies of the Deployment Engineer:

• Operating Systems: Windows 11 deployment and configuration
• Device Management: Microsoft Intune, SCCM and Autopilot
• Deployment Experience: Laptop refresh and rollout projects at scale
• Support: First line and post-deployment user support
• Troubleshooting: Hardware, software, and connectivity issues

The Deployment Engineer will be required to work onsite 5 days a week in Cambridge.
