Programme Manager (Modern Workplace)Horsham – Hybrid£100,000 - £110,000 + Bonus

VIQU has partnered with a leading organisation currently seeking a Programme Manager (Modern Workplace) to join their established CIO team as they continue to drive a transformation across their technology and workplace systems. The Programme Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of the Modern Workplace portfolio, managing multiple workstreams and ensuring successful adoption of Microsoft 365 and related technologies. This role will work closely with technical, operational, and business teams to define strategy, oversee programme delivery, and drive change across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities of the Programme Manager (Modern Workplace):

  • Lead and manage the delivery of Modern Workplace programmes and projects across multiple workstreams.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, within scope and budget.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate to ensure programme success.
  • Drive adoption of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and other workplace technologies across all business functions.
  • Provide leadership to other project managers and offer line management support as required.
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels, acting as a critical partner to the Head of Modern Workplace and Operations.
  • Support the development and execution of the strategic roadmap for Modern Workplace tools and systems.
  • Analyse business processes and functional requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions.

Key Requirements of the Programme Manager (Modern Workplace):

  • Extensive experience in programme management, with a proven track record delivering complex technology change programmes.
  • Deep knowledge of Modern Workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and related Microsoft stack tools.
  • Experience with integrations and migrations from on-premise solutions to Microsoft 365.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with gravitas to influence senior leaders.
  • Proficient in risk management, planning, tracking, and reporting across programmes and projects.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, including coaching and developing project managers.
  • Familiarity with agile change management and end-to-end technology lifecycle management.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
