Project Manager

Project Manager – 6 Month Contract – Midlands (Hybrid) – Outside IR35

VIQU have partnered with a leading public sector organisation seeking a contract Project Manager to consolidate multiple strands of change activity into a coherent programme of work. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive individual who can bring structure and drive across operational and technology change initiatives.

The Role:

The successful Project Manager will support in shaping and delivering a range of projects, including:

• Coordinating process and practice change across business functions.
• Supporting technology reviews and system upgrades.
• Driving outcomes from business modelling and process reviews.
• Providing logistical and governance support for workshops and third-party consultancy engagements.
• Overseeing integration of automation and RPA initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience delivering change and transformation projects in public sector environments (policing experience highly desirable).
• Strong generalist project management capability – comfortable with both operational change and technology change.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to work autonomously in shaping programmes.
• Familiarity with RPA/automation environments is advantageous but not essential.
• NPPV3 clearance (or eligibility to obtain) required.

• Job Title: Project Manager
• Contract: 6 months initial contract
• Day Rate: £450 - £500 per day
• Location: Hybrid – Midlands, 1-2 days per week onsite
• IR35: Outside (pending SDS report)
