Project Manager Workday

Project Manager - Workday Implementation Central London – Hybrid £100,000 - £110,000 –12 month FTC

VIQU are partnering with a leading organisation within the transport sector to recruit a Workday Implementation Lead. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Workday professional to play a key role in a large-scale digital transformation project, implementing Workday across HR and finance functions. As the Workday Implementation Lead, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, system integration, and business adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday across HR and finance functions.
• Manage project planning, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, and system validation processes.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance standards are maintained throughout the project.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Proven track record of delivering full Workday implementations within large or complex organisations.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials modules.
• Experience managing system integrations, data migration, and UAT activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Background in the transport, infrastructure, or public sector preferred.
• Workday certification(s)
