SAP Solutions Lead

Job Title: SAP Solution Lead Location: London or Colchester, hybrid Salary: Up to 90k plus bonus Type: Permanent

A major global organisation in the creative sector is rebuilding its SAP capability and looking for an SAP Solution Lead to shape system design across finance, HR and supply chain. The business is mid-transformation, with new HRIS, finance and warehouse programmes underway. You will sit in a strong internal SAP and Finance Centre of Excellence and act as the link between functional experts, architects and senior stakeholders. This role needs someone who understands complex, highly integrated SAP environments and can turn business requirements into clear, sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities• Own the high level SAP solution design across finance, HR and supply chain.• Translate complex requirements into a clear, scalable blueprint.• Work with SAP functional and technical teams to shape end to end process design.• Assure quality, architecture alignment and delivery across multiple programmes.• Develop solution strategies, standards and technical approaches for the SAP estate.• Support major programmes including HRIS, finance transformation and warehouse management.• Assess risks, define mitigation options and communicate trade offs clearly.• Partner with project leadership to scope work, plan resources and estimate delivery.• Review designs and technical outputs to ensure they meet business and architectural standards.

Key Requirements• Strong experience across SAP back office processes such as finance, customer services, credit services and AP.• Broad SAP background with the ability to work across multiple modules in large, integrated landscapes.• Experience designing solutions across complex enterprise environments.• Solid understanding of application architecture and design methodologies.• Confident operating in matrix teams and influencing senior stakeholders.• Comfortable working on high value transformation programmes.• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions to non technical audiences.• Collaborative, open, and able to challenge constructively.• Must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
