About the Opportunity
VIQU have partnered with a leading IT infrastructure provider looking for a Senior Test Analyst / QA Engineer to join a growing Business Systems team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about software quality, with strong experience in both manual and automated testing, particularly within ServiceNow environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and execute detailed test plans and test scripts for functional testing (manual and automated)
- Analyse technical specifications, functional requirements, and user stories to design effective test scenarios
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and delivery teams
- Conduct stakeholder reviews to ensure solutions meet business needs
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a software testing / QA role
- Strong knowledge of manual and/or automated test execution
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Familiarity with test and defect management tools such as Jira, Zephyr, or Azure DevOps
- Experience testing ServiceNow ITSM and CSM
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks
- ServiceNow certifications
- ISTQB qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow TPSM
