VIQU have partnered with a global professional services organisation delivering a major enterprise-wide transformation programme.
As part of a firmwide Enterprise Service Management (ESM) transformation powered by ServiceNow, they are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Change Manager to drive structured adoption across the business.
This role sits within a central Enterprise PMO, reporting to the Change Specialist Lead, and supports a portfolio of initiatives under a Chief Transformation function.
The Role
This is a high-visibility role focused on embedding structured, measurable change across a complex, stakeholder-rich environment.
You will:
- Lead change activity across a large-scale ServiceNow ESM implementation
- Deliver stakeholder mapping, impact assessments and business readiness
- Drive post-go-live adoption and measurable engagement
- Manage change agent networks
- Apply and enhance change governance within an established delivery framework
- Monitor cross-programme change impacts and escalate risk appropriately
- Partner closely with Programme Managers and senior stakeholders
Role Requirements
- Proven experience delivering large-scale business change
- Strong background supporting mid-to-large ServiceNow implementations
- Experience within ESM or enterprise platform programmes
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of change frameworks and full project lifecycle
- PROSCI desirable
- Professional services experience advantageous
