£25,000 – £26,000 + Uncapped Commission

The role:
VIQU are seeking ambitious and motivated individuals looking to kick-start a long-term career in recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, commercial mindset and desire to succeed, regardless of previous recruitment experience. Working alongside experienced consultants and leaders, you will receive comprehensive training and support while learning the full recruitment lifecycle. You'll play a key role in identifying, engaging and placing high-quality candidates, with genuine opportunities to progress into a successful Recruitment Consultant.
Key Responsibilities of the Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Source, identify and engage high-quality candidates using a variety of recruitment methods, including job boards, LinkedIn and networking
- Build and develop strong relationships with candidates, understanding their skills, motivations and career aspirations
- Support experienced consultants throughout the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing through to successful placement
- Learn and develop knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle, industry best practice and consultative sales techniques
- Work towards individual and team performance targets within a fast-paced, supportive and rewarding environment
Key Requirements of the Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Previous experience within sales, customer service, outbound call centres, lettings, estate agency or another target-driven environment is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build relationships over the phone and in person
- Motivated, resilient and driven by achieving goals and developing a successful career
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ambition to progress within a high-performance business
