UX Consultant – 6-Month Contract

VIQU IT have a customer who are progressing through a significant technology transformation, focusing on modernising infrastructure.

We are seeking a User Experience Consultant to enhance the internal IT experience, ensuring that new tools and processes create a seamless and engaging digital environment for employees across End User Computing (EUC) and IT services.

UX Consultant’s Experience & Skills Required:

• Background in UX design within ITSM, EUC, or infrastructure programmes.
• Experience with ServiceNow or comparable IT service platforms.
• Involvement in Windows and cloud migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and environments.
• Strategic thinker with practical UX research and delivery skills.
• Confident working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

UX Consultant’s Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and optimise internal IT user journeys across multiple touchpoints.
• Redesign EUC experiences to improve usability and satisfaction.
• Provide UX input for the ServiceNow implementation and Windows 10–11 migration.
• Contribute to UX strategy supporting infrastructure and cloud initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT and change teams to embed user-centred principles.
• Support adoption and communication with clear, user-friendly guidance.
• Maintain UX standards and frameworks for internal IT services.

Contract Details

• Duration: 6 months (Inside IR35)
• Location: London (Hybrid working)
