IT Support Engineer
IT Support Engineer | Great Yarmouth
My client is looking for an IT Support Engineer manage BAU workload and provide 1st and 2nd line support. The ideal candidate will be personable with a professional passion for providing high quality IT support services.
The role will be site based 5 days per week in a manufacturing type environment.
Key responsibilities of the IT Support Engineer:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support related to EUC technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365, Active Directory and Windows 11.
- Troubleshooting and solving hardware issues with printers and other peripherals.
- Escalation of other issues to the relevant departments
IT Support Engineer Experience/Technologies:
- Understanding of Windows 10/11 operating system – Administration and support
- Microsoft Stack including Office 365
- Active Directory – Administration and management
- Used to a mix of ticketing system and deskside requests – User support
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful IT Support Engineer candidate will be commutable 5 days a week to Great Yarmouth.
