VIQU are searching for an 3rd Line Azure Cloud Engineer to join a vibrant team of tech and business experts committed to democratising digital transformation for businesses of all scales. As the 3rd Line Azure Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for the configuration of the Azure Cloud Infrastructure, you will expertly manage customer tickets, meeting defined SLAs and KPIs through diverse channels like Phone, Email, or Web portals. Working within the ITIL framework, you will ensure clear ticket updates, managing your own ticketing queue and helping your team where possible.

Requirements for the 3rd Line Azure Cloud Engineer position include:

-          A minimum of 2 years' experience providing 3rd line support within a service desk.

-          Demonstrated expertise in cloud-native design, covering both PaaS and IaaS.

-          Proficiency in Azure, with certifications in az900 and az104.

-          Experience in implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, along with a solid understanding of DevOps principles.

-          Familiarity and practical experience with the following technologies:

• Azure DevOps
• Terraform
• AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
• Data Engineering

-          A drive to continuously develop your technical knowledge and abilities.
