IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer | 3-month contract | Aldgate | Onsite | Outside IR35

My client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to manage BAU workload, while also providing support to a Windows 11 rollout project. The ideal candidate will be an IT Engineer who can deliver high-quality technical support and exceptional service to end users while also working on a Windows 11 upgrade project.

Key responsibilities of the IT Support Engineer:

-                           Carry out Windows 11 upgrades and device replacements across the organisation.

-                           Provide general IT support and assist with day-to-day service desk tasks when not engaged in upgrade activity.

-                           Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365, Exchange, Active Directory.

-                           Providing support with additional IT projects.

IT Support Engineer Experience/Technologies:

-                           Microsoft Stack including Office 365 and Azure.

-                           Understanding of Windows 10/11 operating system – Rollout and support.

-                           Proven experience in a service desk or IT support position.

-                           Experience with DUO (Multifactor Authentication) is preferred but experience with other similar products would be considered.

-                           Active Directory - Administration and management.

-                           Working in the Financial or Professional services sector is preferential.

The successful candidate will be expected to work 5 days a week onsite in Aldgate.
