iManage Application Specialist (12-Month FTC)

VIQU have partnered with a leading global brand who are seeking an experienced iManage Application Specialist to join them on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a key role responsible for the support, optimisation, and continuous improvement of their Document Management System (iManage), alongside broader application services and emerging AI initiatives. The successful iManage Application Specialist will play a central part in ensuring application stability, driving service excellence, and acting as a key liaison between technical teams, business users, and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities of the iManage Application Specialist:

  • Deliver 2nd and 3rd-line support for iManage, including administration, configuration, and fault resolution
  • Support BAU operations such as patching, upgrades, monitoring, and documentation
  • Support DMS-related onboarding and offboarding processes, including workspace automation and document imports
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on application enhancements and tooling integrations
  • Contribute to projects involving the evaluation and rollout of AI-powered solutions and automation tools
  • Support metadata, version control, and document lifecycle processes in line with operational best practices
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for business users, ensuring application needs are met effectively
  • Support system compliance and vulnerability remediation activities aligned with security standards

Key Requirements of the iManage Application Specialist:

  • Strong hands-on experience with iManage, including Work 10, Control Center, and third-party integration tools
  • Proven background in application support within a legal or professional services environment
  • Good understanding of DMS architecture, server components, and REST API integrations
  • Proficiency in T-SQL, PowerShell scripting, and automation of administrative tasks
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID, MFA/SSO, and server patching processes
  • Exposure to security and compliance frameworks (e.g. Cyber Essentials, ISO27001) is desirable
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, structured approach
