1st Line Support Engineer
1st Line Support Engineer -Hybrid - Bristol
VIQU have been approached by a customer requiring a 1st Line Support contractor to provide BAU support working to triage 1st line incidents. You will be required to support a team triaging a backlog of tickets.
The successful 1st Line Support will have solid previous experience in IT Support and will be committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Key skills & responsibilities for the First Line Support:
- Triaging incidents relating to an IT application.
- Experience supporting client facing software would be beneficial
- Supporting face to face IT Support with internal users
- Excellent customer service skills

- IR35 status: Inside IR35
- Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week in Bristol.
