IT Support Engineer

Central London (5 days a week on site)

Up to £38,000 per annum

VIQU have partnered with a UK based building services organisation looking to expand their IT support teams. Due to this, they are hiring ann IT Support Engineer to provide first and second line support to their internal employees, and external contractors.

This role requires on site attendance five days a week on site.

Duties of the IT Support Engineer:

  • Perform IT and system support to a range of users within the company.
  • Support across the Microsoft 365 and Windows ecosystem.
  • Follows SLAs and deal with all tickets in a timely manner.
  • Independently manage system related projects, focusing on improving business related efficiencies.
  • Undertake training on specific ERP related technologies.
  • Occasionally travel to building sites to set up infrastucture services.

Requirements of the IT Support Engineer:

  • Experience with IT and systems related support and a second line level.
  • Experience working with and supporting the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Must be willing to commute to London five days a week.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Exposure to Dynamics 365 Business Central would be a nice to have.
