SC Cleared Automation Engineer

SC Cleared Automation Engineer - Inside IR35 - London - Hybrid

Seasoned SC Cleared Automation Engineer required to join a team, this opportunity may suit somebody who has had previous development experience and wants to support with building automation frameworks or previous Test Automation experience and wanting to develop your skills further.

For this opportunity you will have proven skills in:

• Proven experience of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Scripting languages such as Python, Java etc.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (eg, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with Cucumber BDD
• Be able to demonstrate previous experience in test automation frameworks and tools such as Postman, SoapUI, Selenium and Karate.
• Cloud platforms (Azure) would be preferred
• Experience of using Test Data Tools
• Exposure to containerisation such as Docker or Kubernetes
• Performance and security testing experience

Desirable

• Knowledge of Middleware systems/message queuing systems such as Kafka, IBM MQ, and ACE
• Knowledge of software architecture technologies such as XBRL, HTML
• Finance domain experience
