Morela are looking for a Solutions Strategist to assist in building software that shapes the future of industry.

Are you passionate about solving real business challenges with smart, scalable technology? As a Solutions Strategist, you'll work at the intersection of innovation and impact, helping major organisations turn their toughest problems into precision-built software solutions powered by AI.

You'll partner directly with clients to uncover opportunities, define intelligent workflows, and deliver technology that truly changes how their teams work.

What You'll Do

• Discover what matters most. Work hand-in-hand with customers to understand their pain points and ambitions, mapping out critical processes and identifying where our platform can make a real difference.
• Shape the solution. Collaborate with stakeholders and use our tools to design and configure custom software that delivers measurable results.
• Guide and empower. Lead engaging training sessions so users get the most from their new systems, and stay close post-launch to ensure long-term success.
• Learn and refine. Collect feedback and performance data to continuously enhance solutions and influence future product development.
• Stay ahead. Keep a pulse on what's next in energy, utilities, manufacturing and construction and use that knowledge to steer smarter decisions.

What You'll Bring

• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 Years Industry Experience.
• Solid hands-on experience in software development, systems engineering, or solution delivery.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complexity.
• Confident communicator who can engage everyone from engineers to executives.
• Working knowledge of Python and/or SQL and comfort manipulating data.
• Familiarity with project management practices and delivery tools.
• Adaptability - you thrive when things move fast and priorities shift.
• Experience or interest in industrial sectors such as utilities, energy, manufacturing, or construction.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to collaborate with clients on-site.
