AI Engineer Apprentice (Vital Parts Ltd)
As part of our digital and development team, you’ll be joining a business that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We are looking to recruit a AI Engineering Apprentice to join the team as we continue to increase of software capability and efficiency.
Role
- Collaborating with our software development team to explore, test, and integrate AI technologies into our existing systems and workflows
- Developing and maintaining machine learning models with real-world applications tailored to our business needs
- Assisting in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure high performance and accuracy
- Supporting in the automation of internal processes using AI tools and techniques
- Participating in regular sprint meetings, code reviews, and collaborative problem-solving sessions
- Conducting research into new AI trends, tools, and frameworks to help shape future development strategies
- Helping to maintain documentation and support the delivery of clean, scalable, and well-tested code
Training
BPP apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry-experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, we’ve purposefully built our programmes around the real-world use of modern technology, so that the skills we create can be directly applied in the workplace.
Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.
Growth potential within our rapidly growing software development teams, into system owners, and cross over to related department such as website/marketing.
