Role Description

This role is a customer‐facing technical consultancy position focused on designing, delivering and advising on modern Microsoft cloud solutions. The consultant works closely with customers and internal teams to understand business requirements, assess existing environments, and translate these into secure, scalable and well‐architected Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions, acting as a trusted advisor throughout pre‐sales, delivery and post‐implementation phases.

• Design and deliver solutions across Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune) and Azure
• Lead Azure architecture, migrations and modernisation initiatives (IaaS, PaaS, security, networking)
• Act as technical design authority, producing High‐Level Designs, Low‐Level Designs and solution documentation
• Assess customer environments and recommend improvements around security, identity, productivity and cloud adoption
• Support pre‐sales activities including solution design, statements of work and technical input
• Collaborate with project managers, account managers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
• Promote Microsoft best practices

The role can be based from our office or home. Travel to the office is expected around once per month. occasional onsite work with customers is also expected.
